Week 25, June 24, 2019: A Concentration on Consecration

My new comp Elder Ledezma is from Mexico, he is a stud, but basically he is a gringo cuz he speaks perfect English. :) This transfer is looking very promising and things linked together perfectly for me at this time to reawaken me to some profound spiritual truths.

I have learned a great deal regarding pride, which is far more diversely manifested and widespread then I understood, and I have learned more and more how to humble myself, or to lay everything on the altar, and consecrate my soul to the Lord. From small acts of obedience and dedication, I may steer the grand mentality I hold or the desires of my heart. The more I give to God, the more receive, with surplus! I hope to continue as I am learning, and to change my very nature through the process.

I want to recognize the wonderful efforts of Elder Eagleston and Elder Brock Davis in their missions, and the awesome letters they are sending and work they are doing. Bryce, the sweet Spirit is indeed the same as when we were at home. Brock, you have the blessing of working with the Haitian people, and from what I have heard and seen Florida seems like another planet haha!!! XD Keep up the grind. :)

DAVIN! You stud! Congrats with your big win, I know you are gonna kill it, and what an amazing story this
will become for our family, for generations! :)

I love you all, and I encourage us all to devote more and more to our Lord, to put Him first, always, and live in such a way that we recognize His love and trust in us as the one Vidal reward for our thoughts and works. As that which truly is most desirable above all things. :)

With love and gratitude,

Elder T. X.Davis
(y'all know I love the X in my name hahaha!)
